Challenge
Eight pizzas, four kitchens, and an ordering page built by a delivery platform that buried the menu under photographs of somebody else's food. Customers were queueing on the pavement to order what they could not find online.

Design & Experience
The menu is set as a list, not a gallery. Eight lines, each one the name and the four things on it, in the same typeface as the board above the counter — because the board was already working.
Ordering is one screen. Choose, pay, and get a time rather than a status bar; the kitchen sets that time itself from a tablet by the oven, which is the only number anyone in the queue had ever wanted.

Vision
An ordering flow a kitchen can run without a headset, and a brand that fits on an awning, a box and a receipt.
Conclusion
Online orders overtook the counter in eleven weeks, and the pavement queue became a collection window.
