Challenge
An agency that represents forty illustrators cannot have a house style — the work is the point, and the work looks like forty different people. The identity had to be strong enough to be recognised and quiet enough to disappear the moment an artist's page loaded.

Design & Experience
The system is almost entirely typographic: one face, one rule, and a neutral field the artwork sits on. Colour belongs to the illustrators, never to the agency.
Art directors arrive looking for a style, not a name, so the roster is browsable by medium, by subject and by turnaround before it is browsable alphabetically. Every artist page is one scroll and one contact button.

Vision
An identity that gets out of the way, and a platform an agent can update from a phone between calls.
Conclusion
Commission enquiries doubled in the first quarter, and the agency stopped sending PDFs.
