Challenge
Cosmo® had three shops, four spreadsheets and a website that could not tell a customer whether a shade was in stock. The brief was not a redesign; it was to make one catalogue the single source of truth for the counter, the phone and the stockroom, and to make browsing 900 shades feel like being handed three.

Design & Experience
We built the store around swatches rather than around products. Every listing leads with the colour, the finish and the skin tone it was photographed on, so the first decision a customer makes is the one they came to make.
Filters live at the top of the grid rather than behind a drawer, the basket keeps its place across devices, and every product page answers the two questions the shop assistants were asked most: what does it look like on me, and when will it arrive?

Vision
A catalogue that can grow to ten thousand shades without growing a single new template — and a brand system that reads the same on a shelf edge, a shipping box and a phone.
Conclusion
Six weeks after launch, returns were down by a fifth and the shops had stopped keeping their own spreadsheets. The catalogue had become the counter.
